The purpose of this conduct code is to focus on our core values and give practical examples of our staff, consultants, partners, and customers about what these values mean to us:
- We will maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not use or allow others to use this trust for personal purposes.
- We will serve our customers with integrity, efficiency and objectivity.
- We will not allow any conflict of interest to develop that may lead to unfair competitive advantage for us or any of our other clients.
- We will not seek to recruit staff from a client or assist them in obtaining employment in any other place without prior consultation with the client.
- We will make sure that the objectives, scope of work, project plan, costs, and payment arrangements are agreed upon with the client in writing before proceeding with the implementation of any consulting service.
- We will not enter any consulting service unless we are qualified to perform based on our experience and efficiency and capacity to do so.
- We will not encourage unrealistic expectations, or guarantee results beyond the realm of normal possibility to any clients.
- We will charge a reasonable fee for the services that we offer.
- We will not accept any kind of commission or payback from other parties with respect to any recommendation for goods or services received in the process of a consulting assignment.
- We will not advertise our services in a deceptive or exaggerated or in any other forms that may impair the integrity of the profession of consulting.
- We will protect intellectual property rights of our customers and partners.
- Our consultants will provide support to their colleagues in the practice of the profession of consulting, development, and cooperation in a constructive manner. We strive for the development of the consulting profession on an ongoing basis through the advancement of our methodologies and knowledge.
